Hair Growth Stages
Anagen
Catagen
Telogen
Exogen
Anagen:The anagen is the hair growing phase. In this anagen phase or stage, the hair only grows. At this stage, you will not notice any hair follicles. Our hair has different stages at different times. Amazon is the first stage where the hair only grows. The longer a person has, the better their hair is. The anagen phase usually lasts for four to six years, but in some people, it lasts longer than the anagen phase. It is very rare. About 80 to 90% of the hair in our head Stays.
Catagen:The second and most important stage of hair growth stage is the catagen phase. In the catagen phase, the hair moves slightly away from the dermapapula so that the vitamins taken from the various ingredients we eat cannot absorb our hair. The average person has 2 to 5 percent hair catagen in their head. This catagen phase lasts for about 10 to 15 days.
Telogen:The third stage of the hair cycle is the telogen phase. In this telogen phase, human hair follicles appear, but this hair follicle is a normal process. There is no need to be afraid that no person is bald. This telogen phase lasts for two and a half months to three months.
Exogen:The next phase of telogen is what we call its exogen phase. Not everyone has to face this phase, but some people face this exogen phase. Conversely, this is the previous stage of the anagen phase. It usually heals in five to six months. In this exogen phase, a normal person has 50 to 100 hair follicles.
Back Anagen:After the hair cycles are over, the hairs return to the anagen phase where they continue to grow for several years. This phase is called the back anagen phase.
