AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - A bat found close to Robinhood Trail and Mockingbird Lane in Aiken has tried positive for rabies, as per state wellbeing authorities.

One dog was uncovered and will be isolated as expected in the South Carolina Rabies Control Act. The Aiken County bat was submitted to DHEC's lab for testing on May 26, 2022.
